Deine Aufgaben

Making Classic and in House Cocktails and with ease and agility during busy events

Being able to keep track of the different tabs and sales in the POS
Maintaining proper cash drawer balances in situations of crowded and busy orders

Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests

Standing up for long shifts, being able to carry crates or other heavy setup equipment

A solution oriented mindset and good communication skills with colleagues for a smooth workflow

Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere

Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency

Ability to count inventory after event

Endurance in carrying long shifts

Performing opening, closing & side duties – setting up/breaking down the bar, cleaning countertops, reorganizing bar equipment

Answering questions - accurately and politely

Stocking liquor, beer, wine and glassware throughout the shift

Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
